ø 全景视觉识别系统可自动获得要抓取的零件形状,与预存的零件图纸匹配得到零件信息,能够自动计算出工件的重心,并自动确定吸吊位置,合理避开有孔的位置;

ø 激光视觉精确采集系统具有自适应实际零件存在下料偏差的功能,偏差修正能力满足±3mm,可以保证按照实际工件轮廓进行坡口切割;

ø 工作站中搬运机器人承担对零件的自动识别、上下料等工作,切割机器人承担对零件的精确定位和坡口切割工作;

ø 搬运机器人在全景视觉系统的配合下自动识别工作轮廓并于cad图纸比对自动匹配,自动生成搬运、切割、码垛程序;

ø 切割机器人通过激光视觉精定位传感器修正切割轨迹偏差,保证零件坡口的加工精度,无需人工过多参与。
